Inverter circuit

Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the response speed of an output to an input signal and to reduce the effect of noises by combining MOSFETs so as to obtain a positive feedback function. CONSTITUTION:When an input signal VIN is changed to an H level from an L level, an output signal VOUT has a quick fall by the positive feedback functions of MOSFETs 25 and 28. While the signal VOUT has a quick rise by the positive feedback functions of MOSFETs 24 and 27 when the signal VIN changes to L from H. Thus the response speed of an output can be increased to the signal VIN. While a blind sector width V is provided between a level VC of the signal VIN set with the rise of the signal VOUT when the signal VIN changes to L from H and a level VC, of the signal VIN set with the fall of the signal VOUT when the signal VIN changes to H from L. Thus the evil effects of noises can be deleted.
